Yes. After you sign in once, the app keeps a copy of your shop on that device. You can make bills, take payments and record stock with no connection. Everything syncs automatically when you’re back online. Inviting staff and changing settings need a connection.
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser. Chrome or Edge are best, and you can install Sano Godam from the browser so it opens like an app. There’s nothing to download from an app store.
Your data is stored in the cloud and sent over encrypted connections. Each business’s data is kept separate at the database level, and staff only see what their role allows. Signing out removes the offline copy from a device.
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV price list (or paste the cells) and Sano Godam matches the columns for you, including Nepali headings. You check the rows, fix any mistakes on screen, and import prices and opening stock in one go. You can also export your products to Excel, edit prices there and import them back.
Yes: 80mm thermal receipts and A4 tax invoices, straight from the browser. You can also send a customer a link to their invoice.
Not yet. Invoices follow the VAT invoice format with AD and BS dates and your PAN/VAT number, and we plan to add IRD CBMS reporting. If your business is required to use IRD-verified billing software today, please check with your tax advisor.
The trial lasts 30 days with no card needed. After that, choose a plan to keep creating bills. If you don’t, your records stay readable — nothing is deleted.
Plans are paid monthly or yearly in Nepali rupees. Online payment with Khalti and eSewa is coming soon; until then, contact us and we’ll activate your plan.
Yes. Invite them by email and pick a role: staff can bill and manage stock; managers can also cancel invoices and add locations; admins manage settings and the team. Each plan includes a number of team members.
